1. Program Overview

The Bullion Baddies × PopKill Collab Edition Redemption Program (the “Program”) is a code-based promotional redemption program.

Five (5) winning redemption codes were randomly inserted into production prior to distribution. All other redemption codes are non-winning.

Winning codes may be obtained either:

• Through purchase of qualifying product packs, or
• Through the No Purchase Necessary (“NPN”) method described below.

No random drawing will occur. Prizes are awarded solely upon submission and verification of a valid winning code.

2. Program Schedule

• Product Release Date: February 24, 2026
• Official Sell-Out Date: March 6, 2026
• Redemption Submission Start Date: February 25, 2026
• Redemption Submission Deadline: August 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET

All redemption submissions must be received by the Redemption Submission Deadline. Codes submitted after this time will be void.

The Official Sell-Out Date and time, once posted, shall serve as the controlling timestamp for purposes of mail-in eligibility.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of submission.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of Bullion Baddies, ProNumismatics LLC, and affiliated entities are not eligible.

4. Prizes

Five (5) total prizes are available:

• Four (4) Ultra-Rare Artist Proof Bullion Baddies Bars
• One (1) CGC Graded 9.6 copy of PopKill #4 featuring the Adam Hughes variant cover

Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent will be provided except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. How to Redeem (With Purchase)

If you receive a redemption card inside a qualifying product pack:

1. Scratch the card to reveal your unique code.
2. Visit bullionbaddies.com/PopkillRedeem.
3. Complete the required form and submit your code.

Submission does not guarantee prize confirmation. All codes are subject to verification.

6. No Purchase Necessary (Alternate Method of Entry)

To obtain a redemption opportunity without making a purchase :

Hand-print your full name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and phone number on a plain 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in requests must be:

• Postmarked no later than one (1) calendar day after the Official Sell-Out Date
• Received within five (5) business days of that postmark deadline

Limit one (1) mail-in request per household.

Upon receipt of a valid request, Sponsor will issue a redemption code while supplies remain available. Codes are randomly distributed from remaining inventory. Odds of receiving a winning code are the same whether obtained via purchase or NPN method.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due mail.

7. Verification Process

All submitted codes are subject to strict validation prior to prize confirmation.

Verification may include:

• Confirmation the code matches a valid issued winning code
• Confirmation the code has not been previously redeemed
• Review for duplication, tampering, alteration, or mechanical reproduction
• Confirmation submission occurred within the redemption window

Sponsor reserves the right to request the original physical redemption card or additional documentation if fraud is suspected.

Redemption is not final until confirmed in writing by Sponsor.

Codes that are altered, reproduced, forged, duplicated, mechanically generated, or otherwise manipulated are void.

8. Redemption Fulfillment

Please allow up to thirty (30) days from verified confirmation for prize processing and shipment.

Prizes will be shipped only to valid U.S. addresses.

Risk of loss transfers to recipient upon confirmed delivery.

Recipients are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may apply. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

9. Marketing Communications & Data Use

By submitting a redemption code, participants expressly consent to receive marketing communications from Bullion Baddies and affiliated brands.

Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

All personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Void any submission suspected of fraud, tampering, abuse, or violation of these Terms
• Disqualify any participant found attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program
• Modify redemption procedures as necessary to protect program integrity
• Cancel, suspend, or terminate the Program in the event of fraud, technical failure, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control

All decisions of Sponsor regarding eligibility, verification, and prize allocation are final and binding.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation in this Program.
