Age Requirement 

You must be 18 or older to purchase. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

Shipping & Delivery 

How long will my purchase take to arrive? 

All Bullion Baddies drops are pre-order items. Average shipping time is 1–2 weeks after purchase confirmation. If your order includes multiple pre-orders, it will ship once all items are ready.  Standard merchandise is always in stock and typically ship within 1-3 days after purchase confirmation. 

Do you offer Priority or Overnight shipping? 

Most orders are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority at no extra cost. Overnight shipping is not available to prevent fraud. 

What if my tracking shows no movement? 

If there is no movement for at least 15 days, contact Customer Service to start a claim. Claims may take 5–15 days to process. If approved, a replacement will be shipped. 

My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it. 

  • If you purchased Navidium Shipping Protection, you may file a claim. Documentation (like a police report) may be required. 
  • First, check with your local Post Office, as packages are sometimes scanned delivered by mistake. 
  • If USPS confirms delivery, replacements cannot be issued without Navidium coverage. 

Order Issues 

Can I return or cancel my order?

No. All sales are final. Bullion Baddies purchases cannot be cancelled or returned. 

What if my purchase is damaged? 

  • If you purchased Navidium, your claim will be handled through them. 
  • Contact Customer Service within 3 business days of delivery with photos. 
  • If approved, a replacement will be issued (3–5 business days plus shipping). Refunds are not offered. 

What if my shipping address is wrong? 

Contact Customer Service immediately before shipment. If the order ships to the wrong address, Bullion Baddies is not responsible. USPS may be able to intercept. 

Claims & Reimbursements 

What if my order never arrives? 

With Navidium Shipping Protection, your order is covered and you can file a claim. Without it, Bullion Baddies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Do I need a police report? 

Navidium may require a police report or signed affidavit for stolen package claims. You’ll need to provide a copy or case number for your claim to move forward. 

Navidium Shipping Protection 

What is it?

Navidium is an optional add-on at checkout that protects your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. Claims are processed according to Navidium’s terms.

Do I have to buy it?

No — it’s optional. But if you opt out, your order has no coverage, and Bullion Baddies cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged purchases.
